A cleaner, Ivan Kuppakoffikov brought the U.K's aircraft to a 48 hour halt yesterday. During a shift change at the centralised air traffic control portacabbin, Ivan dropped has coffee on the keyboard of Mustapha Tinkle, Chief controller.
Planes were parked in out of town shopping centres throughout the crisis. Christmas shoppers were told to go home and shop online.
