WASHINGTON, DC - Democrat Activist, MSNBC host and part-time clown Al Sharpton has called for a boycott of all Blackberry products.
In a press release issued Monday, Mr. Sharpton said "The imminent demise of Blackberry has racist overtones and has besmirched people of color everywhere."
"The quality of Blackberry devices has been intentionally degraded in order to suppress the African-American vote. While Apple's White iPhones 4 and 5 have been remarkable successes, people are just not buying Blackberries. There is no other possible explanation for Blackberry's slump.", he added .
Blackberry, formerly known as Research In Motion has seen its stock plummet more than 90% in the past five years.
