The state of Mississippi has just passed a bill banning the re-enactment of Civil War battles. The senator who introduced the bill said that some of the good ol' boys are just getting a little bit carried away with all of this shooting off the cannon business. He said that last year alone there were reports of damage to five Mississippi city hall buildings.
