Who The Hell Started The Jumping Into Volcanoes Fad Anyway?

After 12 college students have recently jumped into Mount St. Helens volcano and are now listed as missing, the state of Washington has issued a directive that the college fad of jumping into volcanoes will be banned. Violators will be...well nothing can actually be done to any violators since they'll be missing just like 100 percent of the other volcano jumpers.
