Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele says that he wants for all 100 RNC saffers to resign. Steele, who is Black, says he will personally be taking applications.
He spells out five small requirements:
(1) The applicant must like the Harlem Globetrotters.
(2) The applicant must never use the 'N' word.
(3) The applicant must never belittle 'Watermelon-Eating' Contests.
(4) The applicant must never tell 'Oprah is so fat that...' jokes. and
(5) The applicant must be Black.
