As I was walking in the park, I saw a feather on the ground. I reached down, picked it up, and put it my pocket. A few minutes later, I bought a lottery ticket. That night, they announced the winning lottery number, and much to my surprise, I won the Mega Jackpot Price of ten million dollars. It was then that I realized that the feather I had put in my pocket was a lucky feather! Suddenly, I heard a knock at my door. When I opened the door I was greeted by a frowning bird. He said that I had something that belonged to him and he wanted it back. Nervously, I tugged at my shirt collar. I calmly walked to my garage and gave him the shovel he had loaned me three months ago. He took the shovel and flew away. The following morning, I discovered that my car had been covered in dirt. It was then that I finally understand the old adage - A suspicious bird with a shovel is worse than a rich bird without one.
