Frog meets giraffe

A frog meets a giraffe in the street one day, and asks him how he can improve his life. The giraffe shakes his head, and says he can't help him. But the frog insists that the giraffe help him. "Okay, Mr Frog," he replied, "just don't be afraid to stick your neck out from time to time."
