Two opposing members of Congress are trading jokes when the Democrat says,
"Let me tell you a really funny one about the President."
The Republican congressman loses his sense of humor, and says, "You realize that he's a Republican and so am I?"
The Democrat replies, "I know. That's why I'm going to tell it to you reeeeally sloooow so you can understand it!"
