A man, suffering from severe leg pain visits his doctor for advice.
"Doctor, it hurts when I poke my leg like this," he says as he pokes his leg with his finger.
The doctor stares at the man studiously before replying. "Yes, you appear to have broken your kneecap. I am afraid that you will never walk again."
