The billionaire TV personality has opened up about one 'very well endowed' ex-boyfriend's reaction to her gastric surgery and the effect it had on their carnal relationship.
"Our love life went from high octane to non-existent,' Winfrey said, 'on account of my lover Bill C's eclectic tastes.
'One minute I was satisfying him with every mouthful before it all went pear-shaped after the op."
The previously unidentified man has now come out in public, blaming his ex-lover for the collapse:
"Yeah, Oprah and I were kinda an item," Bill C said, "until that bloody op.
"Mostly because she never had the stomach for fellatio after surgeons inserted that gastric band."
