Every time a man farted, it would sound like "Honda". This happened so often that he was afraid of getting some weird nickname from co-workers or friends. So he went to the doctor.
The doctor asks if he can demonstrate so he grunted out a "Honda"!
"OK. Now open your mouth. Then he suddenly pulled an abscessed tooth."
The man jumped as his tooth was pulled and farted a regular fart.
"You had an abscessed tooth", says the doctor.
"But how did that cause the sound?"
"Easy. Everyone knows that abscess makes the fart go 'Honda'!"
