President Obama is rechecking everyone and everything about his failed Obamacare up till now.
Obama: "So, Joe Biden. What do you have to say?"
Joe: "Well Sir, there's good news and bad news."
Obama: "That's as I figured. What's the bad news?"
Joe. "It's flat on it's back, heels in the air!"
Obama: "And the good."
Joe: "Well Sir, from here everything is looking up."
