An astronaut is launched into space and he lands on the Moon. As he descends the craft to start exploring, he is approached by a suited gentleman selling real estate. "I've got just the property for you" says the salesman. The astronaut shakes his head in wonderment and says "How did you get here? Nobody could live in this place!" The salesman replies "I got here with the insurance sellers. Nothing's impossible with those guys."
