Well now that the United States presidential election is over and former GOP Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney has been soundly defeated in a landslide vote by President Obama, the old "Flip Flopper" is now free to stop talking about that fantastic "Secret Plan" he had and he can now go back to telling the truth.
