Bartholomew Utterswaithe phoned Arkwrights railway book and model shop in Nottingham.
He asked them: "Do you have a model of the Costa Concordia?"
The shopkeeper answered: "Hang on, I'll check"
Couple of minutes go by, then he comes back to the phone and says:
"I've just got one left, sir!"
Bartholomew requested: "Could you lay it to one side for me?"
