The former speaker of the house and GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich was talking to a group of voters in Pensacola, Florida. He was asked why he had said in an interview last week that he would be willing to allow Puerto Rico to become the nation's 51st state.
Gingrich smiled and replied, "The rum dude. The fan-ef-fen-tas-tic rum!"
