The man took his retriever to the vet.
The vet said "What seems to be the trouble"
"No trouble " says the man "I just want you to cut off his tail "
"Cut his tale off? that's preposterous, he's supposed to have a beautiful bushy tail, will you please tell me the reason?"
"Well" said the man "We've got my mother-in-law coming to stay and I don't want to give her any sign of welcome!"
