After visiting the Bashabsheh refugee camp on Jordan's border with Syria I said: "I have heard harrowing accounts of how they have suffered. It is more clear than ever that we must work to ensure that there is no impunity for those guilty!"

Then I went to the hotel bedroom with the cute Syrian delegay... sorry delegate, and my personal assistant luscious Lucien, to discuss the ins and outs of the situation.
