Prince Andrew, and my wife Ffion amongst 20 others, are to abseil down The Shard, Europe's tallest building in London on September 3 to raise money for the Outward Bound Trust and the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.

Many have commented on how brave, gutsy, fearless, and manly she is doing this for charity.

I think she is braver being a paid Barclay's bank advisor for the last 6 years... and admitting it!
