Dear diary

I made a bid for Setanta Sports today. I'm sick of watching horse racing from Kempton Park.

I hope it comes through. I will be able to sit about all year watching Barclays Premier League with a large vodka.

The wife seems happy about it. At least I won't be passing the time knocking her around the kitchen.
