Oh dear, that hurt.

The chocolate cake for desert tasted a bit off too.

I won't be going back for seconds.

I must have lost four inches.

As soon as i can walk up straight again I'm going to put all that in my up "and" coming autobiography. "Richard takes all"

Noel Edmonds is going to write the preface.

I haven't met him so it should be good.

That reminds me, I need chilli peppers, cayenne pepper and vindaloo paste. Judy want to make some spicy pastry. She's got a really funny shaped rolling pin, and its rubber. I must remember to take money with me when I go shopping this time...

Hmm, she doesn't want any filling. The pastry will just be crispy...
