They tell me this marriage of my grandson William to a common woman without a Family Tree will be good for the monarchy. If you ask me - and they don't - it shows how everything has gone down hill since the days of my uncle the Duke of Windsor's marriage to Mrs Simpson. I mean her blue hair standing up a foot above her head!
