According to the Telegraph:

Ken Dodd says: 84, said it was "awful" to use well-known people such as Boris Johnson, Prince Harry, and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg as 'Cleggy The Clown'. He said: "It's awful to use contemporary figures. They've done it in the past for satirical shows and it isn't funny."
