I see according to the Express, I trail Tory Boris Johnson, 47, by six points in the latest poll as to who will win the London Mayoral election!

Part of my plans and promises is to cut travel fares by 7% this year and freeze them throughout 2013 with no above-inflation rises after that.

Boris has no plans to cut fares at all!

Paddicks plan to introduce "early bird" discounts before 7.30am and bring in part-time Travel Cards is irrelevant, cause he ain't gonna win whatever happens!
