I must be careful what I write about my comrade and fellow pee Lord Mendlesohn, But I think his description of himself as The Third Man is nonsense. For it was I who was the third man between Tony & Gordon not him!

Peter has something greasy about him. It probably comes from crawling up the greasy pole to fame. I know I have become elevated but I've gone up the pole while keeping my feet on the ground.

Peter's called the Prince of Darkness. An old chum of mine in the House called him the Piss of Darkness.

The book? I fell asleep reading it. I expect it has some good bits.
