The Pope, the Queen of England, Prince Philip, Ayatollah Khomeini, G W Bush, and just about every major political, religious and business leader you could think of. They had one thing in common and that was they create the rules for others and were far more alike than people would like to believe.

I can assure you that my family are nothing like Ayatollah Khomeini or G W Bush... well, except that we are stinking rich... oh I see what they mean now...
