By Jove!!

This is a momentous day for me because it's the day that I have set my own record. I am now the longest living in consort in history. 57 years and 70 days does not seem long - that is unless you're a Corgi.

I remember the day well when I pledged my obedience and love before my darling Bessie. Little did I know that she would be 82+. I just hope that she doesn't reach her mother's age!

Anyway the good news is that this is one record that Cowmilla will never beat!

Think I will go and celebrate with that bottle of 57-year-old Malt Whisky that I've got stashed in the back of the old Range Rover.
