A message posted on what appears to be the Twitter account of Miss Diamond, a graduate of Princeton University who now oddly enough works for Deutsche Bank, read: "George Osborne and Ed Miliband you can go ahead and #hmd."
HMD is internet slang for 'hold my dick', an expression of disgruntlement used by American teenagers.
Minutes later the tweet was deleted. In its place a message appeared reading: "No one in the world I admire more than my dad. 16 yrs building Barclays."
