The Telegraph printed this tosh yesterday:
'Child benefit cuts to hit families with sole breadwinners hardest
Families who have a sole breadwinner earning £60,000 will be disproportionately hit by George Osborne's controversial cuts to child benefits and will see their income fall below average levels, a study has found.'

So? What are they trying to say?
