IMF boss Christine Lagarde said it was vital to have a bigger reserve to bail out basket-case Mediterranean states.

I have declared that the UK should hand over an extra £10billion more to the IMF if other countries do the same and single currency nations pay more to their own firewall.

Sounds fair to me... but then I thought VAT on hot food sounded fair?
