I had a look at an article from the Daily Mirror this morning, that my second assistant's third secretary's chief filing clerks assistant gave me.

"No relief for needy from the Coalition - A sneaky measure in George Osborne's budget will cap the amount of tax relief that can be claimed on acts of philanthropy!!

Yes.

What's are they getting at though?
