when I was in America, I convinced Michelle Obama to attend the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony, assuring her of how safe it would be.

So of course, I had to take police officers away from other areas of the country, to ensure it was true.

2,505 from Nottingham, 1,845 from Derby, 1,189 from Newcastle, 255 from Cardiff, 988 from York, 1,900 from Birmingham... and so on to police the games.

Then that should ensure any rioters will do it in another City you see, making London safe for the Olympics!
