Boris Johnson - My Fake Diary
Sunday, 29 April 2012
I made use of an interview in the Sunday Telegraph to make a direct appeal to my party's core values, presenting myself as a "tax-cutting Conservative!"
Seems like it was maybe not such a good idea now, VAT up and put on pasties...
Earlier this week I promised to review safety in the road where schoolboy Ali Nasralla was fatally hit in Surbiton.
Jenny Jones, the Green party no-hoper said: "A 20mph speed limit would have the benefit of reducing the danger to pedestrians and cyclists, ending the use of residential streets as rat-runs, calming the flow of traffic in congested areas, and making residential streets safe places for children to play outdoors.
Is that the best sound-bite she has?
