I made a speech about bringing the troops home from Afghanistan.
My advisers say the earliest we can do it is 2014.

I want to get the troops home this year - BY NOVEMBER.
SO they, and their families can see how much I appreciate them, and they can return the appreciation by voting for me in the Presidential Election.
