image for Giuliani Clinton Ticket Announced

New York City, New York (IP) - Rudy Guliani and Hillary Clinton made history this afternoon when they stunned reporters and the rest of the world with their announcement that they would run together for President and Vice President of the United States on the Independent Party ticket.

Never in US history have the presidential candidates of the two opposite sides broken away from their respective parties and joined forces.

The announcement caught the whole country off guard right after the busy Thanksgiving holiday. FOX, NBC, and CBS have been carrying the story non-stop on television. Numerous callers to the networks are complaining that they are missing out on their afternoon TV shows.

President Bush and former President Bill Clinton both refused to comment on the breaking news.

The other candidates in the presidential race are all withholding statements until after they have had enough time to assess the possible ramifications of such a novel and unique development in the builing political spectacle that the US race for President has evolved into in recent times.

Make drugtestallpoliticians's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
