Mr. Makepeace of the Green Animals Society is said to be annoyed that he can't have enough publicity in the World and is resorting to assassinating animals in protest.
Makepeace, the best friend of one Dinsdale Piranha, is set to avenge his best friend by hunting for Spiny Norman after killing many other animals who have attracted the media attention.
