Kimberly Jong Illness, the highly feared unquestioned dress wearing Dictator of North Korea is at it again, he was watching a U.S. court program on TV, and said he hates the idea that a person can plead not guilty and go to trial for the crimes they are accused of.
Kimberly Jong Illness was reported as saying "the reason these suspects got arrested is because they did the crime."
Henceforth Kimberly Jong Illness decided that a new law would be set forth in North Korea that says whoever is accused of a crime is expected to confess and plead guilty immediately, foreigners will not be exempt from this law, not even if they have diplomatic immunity for we do not recognize diplomatic immunity at all.
