A new very uncomfortable prison is being secretly built in he U.S. territory of Guam.
Most cells will be for 1 person each, the prisoners will sleep on a wooden bench, no toilet the prisoners will be using a hole in the floor instead whenever they need to go.
The meals will be slop mixing a meat item and a vegetable item as well, most of the time slop will be made from chicken and peas.
There will be a sink in the cell but the water will not be the best of quality at all, is this an attempt to deter people from breaking the law? It could be.
