In the Spanish seaside resort of Salou, 70 miles from Barcelona, a British student holiday company has launched the first of their annual Saloufest, events and last week 4000 students from Universities all over the UK, descended to drink as much Sangria, as they could as the stuff is even cheaper than water.
Not everyone is happy though locals in Salou, say they are turning the place into a Loo, as every morning they wake up to urine filled streets as thousands of students drink to much Sangria and cannot make it to the Loo.
What are they going to do to stop this drunken behaviour if Sangria is so much cheaper than water.
