Following a new EU Edict by Minister Antonio Tajani, appointed as EU Commissioner of Enterprise by Silvio Berlusconi, the Admiralty was mulling over demands that they seize all UK flagged cruise ships and make them available for 'Free Holidays" for less fortunate EU citizens.
As during the Falklands crisis, the Admiralty has the power to seize UK flagged ships under their maritime law for "the good of the country" or as deemed necessary.
Current PM Gordon Brown is said to be in favour of the edict saying, "God knows, we could sure use some of more tourists right now...especially if I can get them registered to vote in time!"
Tajani said in a statement welcomed by citizens of Greece, Portugal, Turkey as well as Poland, that "having a normal holiday is a natural human right that can't be denied, and that tourism is a RIGHT earned by all!"
The minister added the holidays would be available for all citizens ' suffering social, financial or personal hardships', and are available regardless of the amount of public funding they were receiving, even if it was proven fraudulent.
Under Tajani's proposal, which is now in effect under a pilot program which will be made mandatory in 2013, EU members will be forced to foot the bill which could come to '100's of billions of Euros' according to an EU accounting firm founded recently by Al Gore, Tony Blair, and Bill & Hillary Clinton.
This new edict came as a shock to financially stable Germany, arrogantly diffident France and the befuddled UK, where most of the funding is expected to be levied for the free vacations.
The news was yet an additional financial burden, as the three nations were informed that they, along with the US, would also be required by the UN to contribute handsome sums in order to build sanitary toilets in India.
A recent report from New Delhi published the astounding figures that there are now more cell phone subscribers in India than toilets; 563 Million cell phone users and 366 Million toilets in a country with a population of 1.2 Billion. Indian leaders had refused to place a 1% tax on phone service in order to fund their own toilets echoing Greece which recently declared, "let the rich pay for our SHIT!"
The cost to construct 800 million 'private' toilets in order to provide 'human dignity' was set at $300 per toilet, not taking into account the VAT which included the normal graft, corruption, waste and theft encountered with the routine good will efforts of the UN administered by 3rd world dictators.
More EU nonsense as we get it, which is now running about every 5 minutes.
