Pixie Lott actress,dancer ,singer-songwriter wants to go on the Leprechaun Hunt at the weekend in the small town of Carlingford in Ireland. Thousands of people will be invading Carlingford looking to capture little people this weekend.
The National Leprechaun Hunt, is looking to raise funds for Crumlin Childrens Hospital, and Newry Hospice, so the event is all in a good cause.
Just over twenty years ago the suit and bones of a Leprechaun were found on the Slieve Foy mountains by the late, well known businessman P J O 'Hare. He also found coins near the suit and bones. This sparked the original Leprechaun Hunt which was held on Easter Sunday 1989 which attracted 4000 visitors to the region.
If Pixie goes Leprechaun Hunting lets hope she picks a lot of her friends to go with her.
