Third World military leader Colonel Juan has been stripped of his rank by his government after causing an international incident. At a U.N. New Year's Party in Geneva, the Colonel was discovered to be drunk and naked in a hot tub with exposed privates.
The privates in question, Private Gonzalez of El Salvador, Private Li of The People's Republic of China, and Private Mumbatu of South Africa, were also intoxicated and nude in the hotel pool's hot tub. Fraternizing with enlisted personnel and public intoxicatin are grounds for court martial and castration in the Colonel's country.
The quartet were discovered by other members of the international military community staying at the hotel. The four were singing Irish drinking songs, throwing ice cubes at people in the pool, and making fun of other guests and their military's strenghs.
It was not announced whether or not the the privates in the hot tub with the Colonel were male or female, though his own privates were positively identified as male by witnesses (pun intended).
