Prez O'Bama stated today that the current raft of Federal Agencies are clearly inadequate to the task of preventing terrorism. The statement came on the heels of several airline terrorism attempts by individuals who should not even have been allowed to purchase tickets in the first place.
Suggestions on how to remedy this dangerous situation were provided by Hillary Clinton and Robert Gates as follows:
(1) Create several more large agencies with far more management personnel pulling down $ 175K or more;
(2) Have all travelers fly naked except government employees;
(3) Provide $5 Trillion in taxpayer funding to retrofit all airplanes to be bomb proof.
(4) Have CIA examiners administer Polygraphs to all passengers prior to entry to the flight gates.
Daniel McSmart of the Common Sense Institute responded to the suggestions by Clinton and Gates by offering a suggestion of his own:
Eliminate country club expenses from reimbursement eligibility for Federal Agency Management Personnel and make them travel commercial for all Federal Business.
Ahhhhh if only if could actually happen.
