ESPN have lined up Karzi to take on Usain Bolt amongst others in a series of heats leading up to the latest election.
Karzi requested Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis are to take part so he wouldn't be the only one accused of cheating. Karzis security put in a request for Marion Jones to run 10m ahead of Karzi to check for land mines, but ESPN have denied this request.
The race is set to be from Kandahar to Mandisar along the A75 in Afghanistan on Tuesday 3rd November.
