Barack Obama has controversially been awarded the prestigious 'No Bell-piece' prize despite having been circumcised for less than a year.
Commentators were amazed at the announcement as it was revealed he had been nominated two weeks before the operation to remove his 'Bell-piece, took place.
The award had been expected to go to Morgan Changari who has been circumcised for more than 20 years and who was 'widely tipped'.
In a statement last night the Norwegian chairman of the awards committee stated " Before the operation President Obama had one huge 'Drawback' but once that was removed we could see where he was cumming from."
