Los Angeles, CA - While citizens of Los Angeles celebrate the Los Angeles Lakers winning the NBA championship by rioting, citizens of Tehran, Iran continue to throw rocks at police and authority figures to demonstrate their anger towards a slanted election win by dictator Mahmoody Ima Dinnerjacket.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon stated, "..It seems that both cities are enjoying a renaissance of street hoodlumism; and it's heartening to see that this type of behaviour can span across cultures, religions and nationalities. It really is world-uniting,"
President Obama congratulated the citizens of Los Angeles for their win and added, "..you know if it was up to me, I would be their too, breaking car windows with a tire iron and looting shoe stores for the best pair of Nikes. Unfortunately, I'm sort of tied up. I've got a country to run. And besides, my wife thinks it would be conduct unbecoming of a world leader."
For his part, Mahmoody Ima Dinnerjacket agreed; he too would like the opportunity to participate in the rioting in his city, unfortunately, as he sheepishly conceded, "...I think they are rioting because of me."
