The President of Iran, Mahmoud Have-a-no-dinnajacket, has today squashed all rumours that he is in any way the least bit ill and confirmed that he is actually very sick instead.
A spokesman for the President, Ali Oopsadaisy has instructed the media not to dwell on any possibility that the 53-year old president may in fact be anyway unwell, ill or poorly due to overworking. However, he has confirmed that the president is indeed an extremely sick man.
Ali Oopsadaisy said that any man calling for the destruction of another country, and not listening to the world regarding it's nuclear power must be very sick indeed. But he went on to say that part of the misunderstanding might in fact be due to the president's lack of English.
He continued to say that the world got it wrong when the the Iranian government suggested the president had great stature in the community. It meant to say that the president has a great statue in the community, one of the president's heros, social worker, healer of the sick, army general, president and mudering psychopath Idi Amin.
The president also wants to make it clear that he shouldn't be confused with any true world statesmen such as Winston Churchill, Harry S Truman, Nelson Mandela or Julian Clary. He's simply a normal, everyday, war-mongering, Iranian peasant.
