Robert Mugabe announced today he would not take part in the vote in the poll of the world's greatest living dictators
The poll which is based on how much economic misery inflicted on the people, oppression of the truth and freedom, embezzlement of state funds and routine torture and beating of all those opposed to your regime. in a close race this year the top 2 leader have to have a poll run off to secure there place as this year's worst leader.
Modeling himself on Adolf Hitler chancellor of Germany and Idi Amin Dada President of Uganda, Mugabe was sure to start gain places in the top 10 but finds this run off ridiculous, he said "I am in power in Zimbabwe, the voters should fear me and be intimidated by my power this run off is a sham and I will take no part in free and fair voting in this manner"
This year's top 10 are positioned as follows:
- 1st) Robert Mugabe - Zimbabwe dictator (this year saw the massive destruction of the economy with inflation highest ever on record at 2,000,000%)
