Belfast - (Bas Ass Mess): A Belfast Crown Court judge has thrown out all charges against Jonesborough electrician Sean Hoey, 38, accused of the 1998 Omah bombing that killed 29.
"Hoey was framed, clear and simple," Mr Justice Weir said, "and all the trumped-up charges were ordered by 1998 Good Friday Piss Process mastermind Tony Blair."
Weir went on to slam prosecution evidence as 'deliberate and calculated deception' that smeared the police investigators and entire Northern Ireland Crown Prosecution Service "into this farcial travesty of the rule of law".
Hoey was released from custody immediately and made a statement via his legal team:
"The real IRA Army Council chief framed me for this atrocity. And everybody knew that it was Blair who had run IRA operations since assuming the cover-role of becoming an MP in 1983.
"I've spent four years in the slammer waiting for this result. And what has Blair been doing? Earning £500,000 a month making dumbass speeches as a Global Piss Process luminary on the world lecture circuit.
"This sucks.
"But I am confident he will now get his."
