Washington USA -- "Stop the Sexism," chanted a group of Women from the National Organization of Angry Women (NOAW)protesting the gender of Santa Claus. The women's group has been increasingly angry that 'a fat old man' can garner such reverence and awe from children all over the world, while fat old women tend to repulse children.

"We are not against Santa," said spokeswoman Naomi Zot, "we are just against Santa being a man." According to the women, the legend of Santa Claus was developed at a time in world history of male domination and perpetuates male stereotypes while denigrating women.

Ms. Zot went on, "it would at least be reasonable to alternate year to year, with a man then a woman, we are not just a bunch of crazy women." When asked to comment on the idea of Mrs. Claus, Ms. Zot recoiled, "the stay at home, behind the scenes supportive wife, yeah, give me a break. It doesn't get more sexist than that. The fat old man should be the one staying at home baking the cookies. We're just fighting for fat old women everywhere."

The group vowed to enrage American women everywhere about this 'blatant social injustice.' Angry women in St. Louis blocked a Santa Claus parade before pelting the bewildered Santa with brazeers. The group vows to turn up the heat in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Next years goal, a female baby Jesus. Ms. Zot was not willing to comment on this today.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
